Black River Memorial Hospital is an accredited critical access hospital with a behavioral health/primary care clinic located in West Central Wisconsin, in the city of Black River Falls. We are an independent, non-profit organization that is community focused. Our service area encompasses all of Jackson County with a population of over 20,000. Area residents are fortunate to enjoy a small-town lifestyle with ready access to a full range of quality health services. Black River Memorial Hospital provides a level of care people might expect to find in a big city, but with the compassionate care associated with a small town.
