Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Floating Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a patient-centered professional who values collaboration, efficiency, and flexibility. This role involves providing pharmacist coverage across multiple independent pharmacy locations within our network.

 
Responsibilities
Accurately verify, dispense, and counsel patients on prescription medications.
Provide exceptional clinical services, including immunizations, MTM, POCT, and patient education.
Collaborate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Uphold state and federal laws governing pharmacy practice.
Support workflow optimization and maintain a positive, professional environment.

Requirements

Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) in good standing with the Iowa State Board of Pharmacy.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new pharmacy settings.
Prior experience in independent or community pharmacy preferred.
