Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights/weekends)

You’ll own day-to-day quality and compliance while making customized medications that help patients and clinics across Florida. We provide clear onboarding, mentorship, and tools so you can succeed quickly.
What you’ll do (PIC)
- Lead daily pharmacy operations: verification, compounding workflow, dispensing, and turnaround
- Be the point person for quality, compliance, audits, and documentation (SOPs, logs, reports)
- Coach and schedule pharmacy technicians; set clear standards and give feedback
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and therapy considerations; communicate with prescribers
- Oversee inventory and ordering (including controls), storage, labeling, and recordkeeping
- Drive continuous improvement: safety checks, error-prevention, training refreshers, and patient experience
- Partner with leadership on goals, metrics, and new service offerings
Training & support
- Structured PIC onboarding with week-by-week milestones
- Shadowing and 1:1 mentorship from senior leadership
- Clear SOPs, checklists, and tech support to keep operations smooth
- Growth path to expand responsibilities (projects, hiring, new programs)
What you bring
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- Florida pharmacist license or eligibility by start date
- Organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
- Strong communicator who enjoys coaching a team and collaborating with clinics
- Nice to have (not required): prior leadership or compounding exposure, multi-state licensure.
- Early career pharmacist or Fresh graduates welcomed.
