The Opportunity
We are looking for a pharmacist who is passionate about community pharmacy and interested in leadership and growth. This role offers the opportunity to contribute clinically, operationally, and professionally in a pharmacy that values relationships, innovation, and service excellence.
Your Day-to-Day
- Provide exceptional patient care and medication counseling
- Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Build strong relationships with patients and prescribers
- Lead, support, and mentor pharmacy team members
- Support and grow clinical services including medication synchronization, immunizations (onsite and offsite), adherence solutions, and patient education
- Work collaboratively with technicians and staff in a friendly, community-focused environment
Requirements
Required Experience – Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
- Active Washington State Pharmacist license in good standing
- Meets State Board of Pharmacy requirements to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
- 2+ years pharmacist experience (retail and/or LTC preferred)
- Prior lead pharmacist or PIC experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Washington State & federal pharmacy laws and controlled substance regulations
- Experience overseeing daily pharmacy operations, staff supervision, and workflow
- Proven ability to maintain regulatory compliance, audits, and inspections
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
