Community Pharmacist (Full-Service Retail + Non-Sterile Compounding)
NextGenRx | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | No Weekends | Out-of-Network “Cash-Only” Model

NextGenRx is seeking a pharmacist who is excited to build a lifelong career in community pharmacy. We are a full-service retail pharmacy with a strong focus on non-sterile compounding—and we operate out of network with all insurance companies, allowing our team to prioritize patient care, service, and quality without the constraints of third-party billing.

What You’ll Do

Provide excellent community pharmacy care and patient counseling
Support and grow a non-sterile compounding practice (training/experience welcomed)
Collaborate with prescribers and patients to optimize therapy and outcomes
Help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Contribute to a positive team culture centered on professionalism and service
Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
No weekends

Requirements

PharmD (or equivalent) and eligible for pharmacist licensure in Oklahoma (or currently licensed)
Interest in long-term growth in community pharmacy
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
Interest or experience in non-sterile compounding is a plus
