Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour (DOE)
Position Overview
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care, conduct field assessments, and support tuberculosis (TB) prevention and treatment efforts. This role involves both clinical and community-based responsibilities, including patient education, diagnostic procedures, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
Assess patient health status in accordance with nursing standards
Provide and document direct patient care following established care plans
Communicate patient care plans with physicians and healthcare team members
Monitor patient condition and ensure safety and quality care delivery
Administer medications and parenteral therapies as prescribed
Assist physicians during office visits and prepare exam rooms
Field Work & Public Health
Conduct field visits for patient medical assessments
Collect and document vital signs
Administer TB testing (TST or IGRA)
Perform TB interviews and contact investigations
Ensure accurate documentation for follow-up, referrals, and case management
Diagnostics & Procedures
Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and venipuncture
Maintain infection control standards
Prepare and transport specimens safely
Documentation & Compliance
Complete and submit NJDOH surveillance forms accurately and on time
Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
Follow all established clinical protocols and standards
Patient Education
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Ability to perform clinical assessments and procedures independently
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Experience with patient education and multidisciplinary collaboration
Ability to work in both clinical and field environments

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
