Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient consultations and customer service
• Collaborate with healthcare providers dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal wellness
• Oversee compounding, dispensing, and fulfillment operations
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company standards
• Lead, mentor, and inspire pharmacy staff
• Optimize workflow efficiency and elevate team performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment 

What You Bring

• BS in pharmacy or PharmD
• Active, clear Texas Pharmacy license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to pharmacy systems and technology
