Position Overview

While this position is primarily based at our Highway 105 location in Beaumont, candidates must have the flexibility to cover shifts at our Port Neches and Groves locations as needed. This ensures our community receives consistent, high-quality care across our regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide essential counsel to patients.
Monitor for potential drug interactions and ensure the safety of all patients.
Manage pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service to our loyal Market Basket shoppers.

Requirements

Certification: Must be a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or PharmD in good standing with the State of Texas.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred, but not required.
Flexibility: Willingness to work at the Beaumont, Port Neches, and Groves locations.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for community health.
