Description

We are seeking a part-time Pharmacist with a valid Connecticut pharmacist license to join our patientfocused pharmacy team in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate is dependable, detailoriented, and committed to delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with CT state regulations and company policies.
Provide clinical counseling to patients on medication therapy, side effects, interactions, and proper use.
Conduct drug utilization reviews (DUR) and ensure medication appropriateness.
Oversee and verify the work of pharmacy technicians.
Maintain accurate patient profiles, prescription records, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, including HIPAA, controlled substance regulations, and immunization protocols.
Support daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and resolving insurance issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a professional, welcoming environment.

Requirements

Qualifications
Active Connecticut Pharmacist License in good standing (required).
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, medication therapy management, and insurance processing.
Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Prior retail or community pharmacy experience preferred.
